Kigali, Rwanda, 30 October 2025– Driving Africa’s agricultural transformation is achievable through the adoption of the African Union Guidelines for inclusive agricultural value chains, endorsed by the African Union Executive Council in February 2024 as a continental blueprint.

These guidelines provide a strategic framework for building competitive, sustainable, and inclusive value chains that add value to agricultural commodities, drive industrialization, and create jobs.
