By Violet Mashonga The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has made key arrests in connection with two separate murder cases in Chinhoyi, resulting in the apprehension of four suspects. Authorities are now appealing to the public for information that could aid ongoing investigations, including a third unresolved homicide. In the first incident, Ishmael Maita (22) of J11 Shackleton, Chinhoyi, was arrested for the alleged murder of Thomas Dipuka (34), a worker at Plot 34 Mtunzi Farm.
According to police reports, Dipuka was attacked at his workplace on July 11, 2025.
