THE Economic and Financial Crimes court has ordered United Chemicals Zambia Limited to pay over K10.7 million to ZRA for tax evasion. In a statement, Wednesday, ZRA Corporate Communications Manager, Oliver Nzala said UCZ falsified export and VAT records between 1st July, 2022 and 31st March, 2023, causing over K10.7 million in lost revenue. “United Chemicals Zambia Limited has been ordered by the Economic Financial and Crimes court to pay the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), over K10.7 million for tax evasion.
