Clr Bushe said with the help of Cde Kudakwashe Tagwireyi, Jah B from Mbare, Harare Province, chairman, Cde Godwills Masimirembwa, he managed to win the August 2 by-elections.
The councillor said he was taking care of 600 children in Epworth through a company that he runs and through farming. “I have nearly 70 hectares that also help people in Epworth with food,” he said.
Clr Bushe said the issue of graveyards had also improved. “I think they are now looking for a better place.
Residents of Epworth were being buried at cemeteries such as Zororo or Ruwa yet there was space for cemeteries locally. “I think it has now been fixed,” he said.
Clr Bushe said by 2028, all Epworth residents will have a place to stay.
