SHIWANG’ANDU PF MP Stephen Kampyongo says the expansion of the cash for work programme to all districts is not sustainable, given government’s failure to pay farmers. In an interview, Wednesday, Kampyongo said government was being hypocritical with the move, adding that it was a misplaced priority. He questioned where the money for the programme would come from if government could not urgently mobilise funds to pay farmers.
