A BUSINESSMAN dumped his estranged wife’s belongings at her workplace – Selborne Routledge School in Harare. Mike Charles arrived at the school yesterday in the company of three other men. He confronted his estranged wife, Patricia Yusufu, and dumped her belongings at the school.
The couple’s marriage of 18 years began to deteriorate last year. Mike claims he found out that Patricia was allegedly having an affair with a married man who lives in the UK, who has only been identified as Walter. Following a heated confrontation, Patricia left the family home.
The four men disrupted lessons in a Grade 3 class during the commotion. The unexpected sight of four men carrying loaded sacks drew the attention of teachers and students. They emptied the contents onto the classroom floor.

Patricia, visibly distressed, pleaded with the men to stop emptying the sacks. She said she wanted the belongings to be put in her car, which was parked nearby. “Mudhara vati matsaga avo vari kuada kunoisa chibage kufarm.” The school authorities barred Patricia from commenting on the incident.
Mike claimed Patricia has continued to provoke him through her relationship with another man, who lives in the neighbourhood. “Patricia is the one who decided to cheat and left home without warning,” Mike said.
