Bo Jackson, who works professionally in digital marketing across various sectors, has built a growing online presence as a content creator. Through platforms such as TikTok where he has 85 000 followers, WhatsApp Channel 6 500, Instagram 18 000 and Facebook, Bo-Jackson shares information about free training programmes, scholarships and grants available both locally and internationally. His mission, he says, is rooted in a desire to give back to the nation.

“I realised that it does not cost much to share information that can change someone’s life, people often think opportunities only exist outside Botswana, but there is so much happening locally, from government institutions to private companies, NGOs and international organisations,” he says. He emphasises that ‘information is the new currency’, noting that access to the right knowledge can elevate individuals to new levels of success. He conducts extensive research to ensure the opportunities he shares are legitimate, often verifying details directly with embassies, high commissions and relevant institutions.

“All the information I share is authentic, I take time to confirm eligibility requirements and even speak to officials where necessary. Some opportunities come directly from ministries, embassies and international bodies,” he explains.
