ACCESS to essential civil registration and travel documents is set to improve significantly in Binga District, as construction of a new Registry Office nears completion, a development hailed by residents as a major milestone in local service delivery.

The new facility, which will provide passport issuance as well as birth and death registration services, is expected to end the long journeys residents have endured to access registry offices in distant towns such as Hwange and Lupane.
