Armindo Joaquim Pacula, a Mozambican national, appeared briefly in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday. The Mozambican national, who has been charged with the murder of Warrick ‘DJ Warras’ Stock may plead guilty to the crime and reveal the plot behind the assassination. Stock was shot dead on December 16, 2025, as he exited a building near the Carlton Centre in Johannesburg’s central business district, when he was approached by suspects who opened fire before fleeing the scene.

The State alleges that Armindo Pacula, 25, who faces charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and contravening the Immigration Act, pulled the trigger. Yesterday Pacula appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court where it was revealed that he was illegally in the country. An address foran informal settlement in Germiston was checked out, but no one was found at the address.
