Harare – Manica Diamonds Football Club’s ambitious drive to become one of Zimbabwe’s leading football institutions gathered further momentum this week when the club’s leadership, led by President Evance Kamombo, paid a courtesy call on newly appointed patron Mberikwazvo Chitambo. The high-level meeting, held shortly after Chitambo’s appointment as club patron, is understood to have focused on strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the Gem Boys both on and off the field. President Kamombo was accompanied by Vice President Letmore Tapiwa Mbidzo, Chairman Tinashe Leslie Chipunza, and other senior club officials who shared the club’s vision and aspirations with the newly appointed patron.
