West Ham United were relegated from the Premier League on Sunday after a 14-year stay in England’s top division, despite beating Leeds United 3-0 on the final day of the 2025/26 season. Tottenham Hotspur secured survival with a 1-0 win over Everton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, finishing two points above the Hammers. Spurs’ win, secured through a Joao Palhinha goal just before half-time, meant West Ham’s result was irrelevant.
