The Zimbabwe Anti‑Corruption Commission (ZACC) has arrested CCC MP Patrick Sagandira from Makoni Central on charges related to land occupation deemed illegal. ZACC alleges that Sagandira occupied land unlawfully, triggering immediate legal action.
Sagandira has yet to officially respond, but one CCC official noted, “This move appears politically motivated.” Meanwhile, ZACC spokesman Blessing Magure stated: “The rule of law will follow its course.”
