It was up to them to execute and they didn’t do that,” Sathiaseelan said. The Tuskers played their last fixture of the season on Sunday against the Dafabet Warriors in the CSA One-Day Cup. Sathiaseelan said the Warriors performed better on the day.
“They were better than us on the day and deserved their win. We got off to a good start but once again the batters did not capitalise and turn their starts into a big innings and the middle order failed again,” he said. “We played good cricket in patches but did not get the desired results.
