Letters | Miracles

Anyone not believing in miracles, (not biblical), such as municipalities cutting grass, fixing potholes, etc, better think again. Like myself! My pleasant surprise, (that miracles do exist), does not stem from municipalities, (miracles here are unlikely), but from financial institutions, whom I have so often criticised.

My entire monthly income, which I have lost in the blink of an eye on March 4, was deposited back into my account on March 10, six days after this fraud (scam), occurred. What happened then, and what happened now, I do not have the foggiest idea, other than that this is indeed a miracle. I know naming these institutions is not media protocol, but to Nedbank, you are the best.1 000 kisses to you.

I will, however, avoid atms in future, like the “plague”. Because this is what it has become!
