Accused DIS agent in fatal drug bust wants state to withdraw case

Amongst the six accused persons arraigned before the court is a DIS agent Keraamang, alleged to be part of the drug syndicate . The five other accused persons are Phenyo Godisang (39), Tshepo Seakanyeng (38), Lebogang David (39), Artwell Mpofu (41), and Isaac Sinemba (35). They are all charged with three counts, one of which is giving false information to a person employed in public service.

The statement, whilst some may say, comes a little bit too late, is timely as gender-based violence (GBV) continues to haunt the country.
