Power and payback defined nomination night in theBig Brother Mzansi“Bazozwa” house as underdog Ashay Sewall finally secured the Head of House title during Monday night’s live nomination show. Que, real name Velile Nongogo, received the highest number of nominations, with several housemates openly stating that their vote was “justice for Neliswa” following her disqualification last week. Sewall, from Richards Bay in KZN, has come close to securing power several times this season, but this week he rose when it mattered most.
His victory guarantees him immunity from nomination and places him firmly in control of the game. In a strategic move, Sewall chose to extend his Head of House protection to The Don, real name Sihle Sihle, who narrowly survived eviction on Sunday after landing in the bottom three. The decision effectively shielded him from nomination.
While Sewlall celebrated his long-awaited win, tensions flared elsewhere in the house as nomination reasons grew increasingly personal. Several housemates made it clear they hold Que responsible for the events that led to Neliswa’s exit, turning the session into what many viewers are likely to interpret as a revenge vote. The final list of nominated housemates includes Que from New Brighton in the Eastern Cape; Thandeka Tshabalala from Durban, KwaZulu-Natal; King Wanda, real name Wanda Gumede (31), also from KwaZulu-Natal; Mmeli Khumalo from Hillbrow, Gauteng; Bravo B, real name Lindokuhle Nsele, from KwaNongoma, KwaZulu-Natal; Didi, real name Didintle Mothobi, from Lenasia, Gauteng; Ilano, real name Langelihle Gumede, from Inanda, KwaZulu-Natal; Trixie, real name Lindy Christoffels, from Uitenhage in the Eastern Cape; and Liema Pantsi from King William’s Town in the Eastern Cape, leaving only Sewlall and Sishi safe this week.

Adding another layer of intrigue is King Wanda, who in recent weeks has accurately predicted which housemates would be evicted. On Sunday, he stunned fellow contestants by predicting that he himself would be the next to leave.
