So, when can we expect the commission of inquiry, a review of the report issued before we finally get a new “Minister of FMD “appointed to fix this problem?

If history is repeated, then the appointment of a new Minister of FMD can be expected, like was done for our electricity crisis, but there is an essential difference here that could render a Minister of FMD ineffective: “Putting a foot in ones mouth” is also an idiom for accidentally saying something embarrassing, insensitive, or inappropriate that one later regrets, so any new FMD Minister could very soon be overwhelmed by the sheer volume of politicians saying things, then trying to take back what they were recorded saying. Yes, diseases spread and mutate rapidly and if foot and mouth disease becomes foot in mouth disease, we would need another type of vaccine urgently!
