Loeto appeared before the Extension II Magistrate’s Court this morning for two counts of rape. The State revealed that there have not been any developments in the case as they are moving at a snail’s pace, because Loeto refused to comply. “To this date, the accused is still refusing to provide his DNA sample, which we will use to profile whether or not he is indeed the man we are looking for in the rape charges, but he is not complying,” State prosecutor, Simon Galebonwe, said.
