THE Zambezi River Authority (ZRA) has disclosed that Lake Kariba has begun to record marginal increases in water levels following recent rainfall on the lake and its immediate catchment area. In a statement, Monday, the Authority, however, said overall stability is only expected as the 2025/2026 rainy season progressively develops. The Authority further stated that the usable live storage for power generation currently stands at 5.15 percent, a slight improvement compared to 2.14 percent during the same period in 2024.
