Gospel artist Theresa Phondo will perform live at Kukuye Amusement Park in Lilongwe on December 25, 2025, as part of the park’s Christmas celebrations.
The performance is a key highlight of Kukuye’s festive programme, which targets families, friends and music lovers seeking a joyful and memorable Christmas experience.
Kukuye Amusement Park Marketing Manager Elizabeth Nyanja said management deliberately selected Phondo because her music reflects the true meaning of Christmas.

Phondo said she was delighted to be part of the Christmas Day celebrations at the park.
“Kukuye is a beautiful place where people can come together, have fun and create lasting memories. Celebrating Christmas through music and togetherness here means a lot to me,” she said.
The Christmas Day event will run alongside other festive activities, including special ride promotions under a ‘buy four, get one free’ offer, with prices starting from K5,700 per round. Children will also enjoy appearances by Santa Claus and gift giveaways.
Kukuye Amusement Park is located in Area 54, Lumbadzi, along the M1 Road near the Kamuzu International Airport junction.
