WITH the full squad now in camp, Chipolopolo coach Moses Sichone is confident Zambia can assemble a competitive and efficient side capable of progressing beyond the group stage at the CAF 2025 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which kicks off today in Morocco. Zambia will compete in a tough Group A alongside hosts Morocco, Mali and Comoros, and will open the AFCON campaign tomorrow against Mali at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca. Speaking ahead of the opener, Sichone said the Chipolopolo players are in high spirits and fully focused on the task at hand.
