CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the expulsion of the PF members of parliament who voted for Bill 7 is a nullity, stating that Given Lubinda’s directive should be treated as ‘mere politicking’. And Mweetwa says there will be no by-election in the constituencies held by the purported expelled PF MPs as they will remain in office until Parliament adjourns next year. On Thursday, Lubinda expelled PF members of parliament who voted in favour of Bill 7 on Monday.
