It is time to demand from Msunduzi Municipality, answers for the perpetual electrical maintenance being done on the southern side of town. It begs the question regarding the qualifications of the electricians, and the age of the entire electrical substation system. These outages are not good enough.
Rates are paid. Call in uMngeni Mayor Chris Pappas’ people to sort out the problem. That’s a demand that’s not negotiable. Pietermaritzburg needs help.
