President Hakainde Hichilema is scheduled to participate in a Virtual Extraordinary Summit of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Heads of State and Government today, December 17. According to a statement issued by Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mulambo Haimbe, the summit will be chaired by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in his capacity as the Interim Chairperson of SADC.
