The Msunduzi Municipality is hosting a revenue activation day at Northway Mall to encourage residents to pay for their municipal services. The activation forms part of Operation Qoqimali, aimed at boosting city revenue to support service delivery. Msunduzi Municipality Senior Co‑ordinator and Media Liaison Officer Anele Makhanya said the initiative is designed to make it easier for residents to settle their accounts.

Resident Ntokozo Dlamini, who paid his bill at the outlet, said the process was quick and easy. “There should be more outlets like these to assist us, all the time,” Dlamini said.
