Manual workers to drag govt to court over Constitutional Court

The Manual Workers Union is preparing to take the government to court over its decision to establish a constitutional court without broad national consultation.

This was revealed by the union’s deputy chief executive officer, Robert Rabasimane, during the 44th Delegates Conference 2025 and the organisation’s 60th anniversary celebration.
