Lawyers quiz LAZ for associating with ‘regime change’ critics

THE Ministry of Agriculture has disclosed that a total of 895,569 farmers have redeemed their inputs under the e-voucher system as of December 9. In a statement, Wednesday, Ministry Principal Public Relations Officer Balewa Zyuulu said the number represented 87.42 per cent of beneficiaries. He further disclosed that North-Western Province recorded the highest redemption rate at 93.02 per cent, while Western Province recorded the lowest at 81.76 per cent.

“The Ministry of Agriculture is pleased to inform the farming community, agricultural stakeholders and cooperating partners of the continued strong progress in the implementation of the 100 per cent electronic voucher (e-voucher) system under the Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP).
