As December rolls in and the rugby season winds down, Springboks captainSiya Kolisihas traded his Springboks captaincy for being a hands-on dad to his kids. His recent adventures in Cape Town with his son, Nicholas Kolisi, have shown fans that despite changes in his personal life, he remains committed to family.
Siya recently captured fans’ hearts when he showed up at Nicholas’s school to watch his son play a rugby match against Durbanville Primary. Being there on the sidelines, fans quickly snapped photos and shared videos of Siya cheering, looking every bit the proud dad. In an Instagram Story, Siya shared a video of an ecstatic Nicholas running towards him in the school corridors.
Siya then lifts up Nicholas and embraces him. In a more recent Instagram video, Siya and Nicolas are soaking up the sun while riding bicycles on the Cape Town promenade. “Wynberg Boys, but he goes to Bishop,” continued Siya.
