DIS Director’s daughter rape case stalls

The spy agent (names withheld), who is in his late fifties, faces a charge of raping his daughter, who is a minor. The incident allegedly took place early this year between March 1st and 31st. It is alleged that the spy agent violated his child on numerous occasions at their place of residence in Block 10.

It is not uncommon in this part of the world for parents to actually punish their children when they show signs of depression associating it with issues of indiscipline, and as a result, the poor child will be lashed or given some kind of punishment.
