HARARE – Struggling Harare giants Dynamos have been slapped with a FIFA-imposed transfer ban after failing to pay outstanding salaries and bonuses owed to their former Ghanaian players, Emmanuel Paga and Frederick Ansah Botchway.
The club owes the duo a total of US$18,500, US$8,500 to Paga and US$10,000 to Botchway.
As a result, Dynamos are now barred from registering any new players during the upcoming June transfer window unless they settle the outstanding debt.
This development comes as a major blow to newly appointed head coach Saul Chaminuka, who had expressed his desire to bolster the squad, particularly in attack.
