By A Correspondent — Controversial social worker Susan Mutami has set social media alight once again, this time revealing details of a long-standing feud between President Emmerson Mnangagwa and detained former Tourism Minister Walter Mzembi.

In an emotional social media rant, Mutami questioned why Mzembi had chosen to return to Zimbabwe, warning that Mnangagwa — whom she described as “vindictive and unforgiving” — could pose a serious danger to the exiled minister’s life.

“Can y’all please explain to me why you don’t listen when I give warnings? No one knows Mnangagwa and his crew the way I do,” Mutami posted. “Who advised Walter Mzembi to return to Harare without a proper change of guard?”

Mutami claimed that Mnangagwa and Mzembi have been at odds for years, tracing the fallout to an incident in London during Mzembi’s time as Tourism Minister. According to her, Mzembi “witnessed something he wasn’t supposed to see,” sparking enduring animosity between the two.

“Mnangagwa doesn’t forgive and he doesn’t forget.

He will lure you in and crush you like a fly,” she warned.

Mutami went further, alleging that Mzembi had once tried to prevent the assassination of the late Foreign Affairs Minister Sibusiso Moyo.

“The day SB Moyo was assassinated, Walter called Loice Matanda-Moyo to warn her, but she dismissed him. He tried to save SB Moyo,” she claimed.

She also dragged other political figures into the fray, including businessman Kuda Tagwirei and exiled former minister Saviour Kasukuwere, remarking that “there’s no honour among thieves.” Mutami further alleged that Vice President Constantino Chiwenga survived an assassination attempt by Mnangagwa thanks only to Chinese intervention.

“If it wasn’t for Xi Jinping and his trusted professionals, Chiwenga would be dead,” she said.

Mutami ended her outburst with a cryptic warning that she still holds more explosive secrets.
