ZENZO STEPS IN: Ex-warrior eyes Zifa southern throne

FORMER Warriors striker Zenzo “Zemura” Moyo has officially thrown his hat into the ring for the Zifa Southern Region chairmanship, setting up what promises to be a heated football election next month.

Moyo, who once terrorised defenders in Highlanders and national team colours, is one of five contenders gunning for the top seat. According to the final list of candidates who paid their nomination and election fees in full, he will square off against incumbent Lloyd Munhanga, Tatenda Mtungwazi, Tawanda Tali and Samkeliso Silengani.
