At midnight, the accused allegedly returned, entered the room where the complainant was sleeping, threatened her, and raped her.On a second occasion, October 16, the accused reportedly forced his way into the complainant’s home, gagged her with a blanket, and raped her again.The victim disclosed the ordeal to a neighbour, who reported the matter to police.
