Kigali, Rwanda, October 29, 2025 –The President of the Pan-African Farmers’ Organization (PAFO), Mr. Ibrahima Coulibaly, has called on African leaders and partners to prioritise farmers and rural communities to make the Kampala CAADP Strategy and Action Plan (2026–2035) work.

He was speaking during the official opening of the 21st Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme Partnership Platform (CAADP PP) and the 16th Africa Day for Food and Nutrition Security (ADFNS) in Kigali, Rwanda.
