Kigali, Rwanda – October 29, 2025 –Speaking on behalf of Ms. Alice Ruhweza, President of the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Jean Paul Ndagijimana, AGRA’s Country Director for Rwanda, called for a decisive shift from discussion to implementation in Africa’s agricultural transformation agenda.

Delivering remarks during the 21st CAADP Partnership Platform (PP) and 16th Africa Day for Food and Nutrition Security (ADFNS) Opening Session, Ndagijimana urged African nations and partners to “move from dialogue to delivery,” emphasizing that the next decade must be one of impactful, transformative action to achieve food and nutrition security across the continent.
