Harare, Zimbabwe — At just 28 years old, Prudence Fadzai Kaundo affectionately known asPrudence Faffyis carving out a powerful space in the modeling industry and redefining beauty standards, one bold step at a time. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Prudence is a plus-size model, a make-up artist and an entreprenuer who’s using her voice and platform to challenge stereotypes, promote self-love, and inspire a new generation of women to embrace their bodies unapologetically.
Reflecting on what got her into modeling, Prudence admits it wasn’t always an obvious path.
“If you had asked me this during my early years, I would have probably given the typical answer,” she laughs. “But really, it was the passion to see women in their best version — and the need to be heard and break the stigma around plus-size bodies.”
