Kigali, Rwanda, 22 October 2025 – Africa can strengthen ethical artificial intelligence (AI) governance, bridge connectivity divides, and foster inclusive digital transformation through multistakeholder collaboration.
This emerged at the 2025 Mobile World Congress (MWC25) in Kigali, Rwanda, during a high-level panel moderated by Damazo Kadengye, a researcher with the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), under the theme “The Role of Multi-Stakeholders in Shaping Africa’s AI Future.”
