LONDON – Former Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah ended Liverpool’s unbeaten run to the season with a stunning 97th minute winner for Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Coming on as a substitute, Nketiah controlled the ball and then slotted in a volley with his left foot. Ismaïla Sarr opened the scoring for Palace in the 9th minute before Italian striker Federico Chiesa equalised for Liverpool in the 87th minute.
Palace who are second on the table are now the only unbeaten team in the English Premier League.
