The 16th Africa Day for Food and Nutrition Security (ADFNS) has revealed that the fight against hunger and malnutrition is central to Africa’s development agenda and the aspirations of Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want.
In his welcome remarks during the commemoration of the 16th Africa Day for Food and Nutrition Security (ADFNS), held in conjunction with the 21st Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) Partnership Platform, Dr. Olivier Kamana, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources of the Republic of Rwanda said CAADP commitments represent the collective resolve to end hunger, reduce poverty, and achieve inclusive and sustainable economic growth across the continent.
